If the file you're talking about is hosted at curl.haxx.se then it can be
found here: http://curl.haxx.se/download/

We do remove old files sometimes, and YOU SHOULD NOT USE THAT VERSION anyway.

The newest version is 7.20.1, and you can easily build it yourself and then
you won't have to hunt down oldish versions anymore!
