Since the web contents is all in CVS, I figure you can thus proceed and show
us exactly what you suggest we need to put on the server in order to support
that. I gave it a quick glance now and it looked like a bit of work.

What's wrong with using plain man pages already downloaded/installed locally?
Or even using the HTML or PDF versions we provide in the release archives?
