Hm. I'm sorry I didn't spot this before, but I just now detected that you've
added a file to the patch called 'm4/acx_pthread.m4'.

This file seems to have an unclear license. It says "license
GPLWithACException" in the header, but with no further explanation. Remember
that we avoid *GPL licensed code in this project!

Of course, having the configure script "tainted" by GPL might not be such a
bad situation as it shouldn't necessary affect the library itself, but it does
open up for confusions and interpretation issues that I rather stay away from.

I can only see that we either get the copyright owner of that file to allow us
to use it under our license, or we have to get another pthread detection logic
from somewhere else (alternatively write our own).
