Hey

I still have _five_ issues marked for action before 7.19.6 (see below), but
I'm a bit sad to say that I probably won't be able to deal with any of them
before the release but instead I hope to get them sorted before 7.19.7. Some
of the current things mentioned in TODO-RELEASE may even get moved into
KNOWN_BUGS or the generic TODO (which is for more vague distant stuff) to get
my nose back above the surface. We'll see.

As always, we can use more hands here!

The remaining issues are:

248 - "Pausing pipeline problems."

251 - TFTP block size

254 - Problem re-using easy handle after call to curl_multi_remove_handle

255 - debugging a crash in Curl_pgrsTime/checkPendPipeline?

256 - "More questions about ares behavior"
