These are the issues I currently hope to be able to get sorted before 7.19.6
release, planned for August 2009:

240 - GnuTLS configure fix to find older installations

241 - expose Curl_nonblock as curlx_nonblock

242 - SSH knownhost support (powered by libssh2 1.2)

243 - ftp QUOTE commands that are allowed to fail but not close the connection

244 - patch for [out] parameters

If you have others, or want to help me getting these things committed, please
speak up. I need all the help I can get.
