Hello,

libcurl (and also curl) fails to make a data connection with servers
running Pure-FTPd, if SSL/TLS is enabled.

To allow easy reproduction of the problem, I've set up a test server
running the latest PureFTPd, with TLS enabled.

To reproduce, please try this command:
curl -v -k --ftp-ssl ftp://debug:bugme@paranoia.afraid.org:2121

You will see that curl hangs on LIST.

However, other FTP clients, like lftp, FileZilla, FlashFXP, SmartFTP,
etc work fine. Though some obscure clients like pftpfxp or FTPRush also
don't work, and have the same problem as libcurl.
