Oops. Added now to ./Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST)

Since I know nearly nothing about Mac OS X and Xcode, I'll leave that
task for Daniel Johnson, and commit whatever he wishes to write up as
it will be more reliable than what I could sketch.
