I assume you meant that it _builds_ fine in 7.1 and doesn't _build_ fine with
VS9?

Why? We've done at least 226 bug fixes during the 1.5 years since we released
that version and 7.19.3 should even build fine for you with the Makefile.vc9
makefiles!
