Trying to compile the current CVS libcurl on OS400 results in an
"undefined symbol Curl_getaddinfo_ex" error.
It is referenced from lib/hostip6.
 
I checked the last updates and it seems that a lot of conditional tags
have changed or have been added.
On OS400, we have IPv6, but no ares and no getaddrinfo support.
 
Can you please help, or sanitize the code to have coherent conditionals
on definition and uses of this procedure. Thanks in advance.
