thanks a lot for your help with this. Please find attached a zip file containing three source files and (just for convenience) a vcproj file for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. Let me know, if there are any problems with this.

Well I trust the files aren't too big so just zip them up and post them here.

I'm planning to write up a test case based on them so it shouldn't matter too
much that they're windows-specific.
