Problem with removing a sFtp file

When I remove the file at my sFtp server, there's some strange errors:
the file "1.txt" located at "sftp://192.168.1.166/home/user/path/1.txt",if I set "sftp://192.168.1.166/home/user/" as url,and "rm path/1.txt" as command,it worked,however,using "sftp://192.168.1.166/home/user/path/" as url and "rm 1.txt" as command,it ended with an error:no such file or directory!
why?
