I'm looking for pre-built 7.18.2 win32 libcurl+ssl binaries (msvc), or
if that isn't readily available, build instructions for win32+msvc.

I opened up lib/curllib.dsw, but it wasn't obvious to me how to build
the ssl version and the README didn't seem to help much.
