The 64-bit curl_off_t patch not gated to off_t has been committed to CVS.

The first autobuild to fail has been the Netware one.

The reason is simple, since the autobuilds run directly on a just
checked out CVS tree and the Netware autobuilds don't actually run the
configure script but a 'fake' one it is necessary to update that
script so that at least it also performs the following copy command:

copy include\curl\curlbuild.h.dist include\curl\curlbuild.h

Maybe those autobuilds should be calling buildconf.bat which would
have done that copy, besides others, for them.
