Regarding libcurl dependency on ca-certificates

Hi all,

I am using libcurl for SSL communication with OpenSSL. Since libcurl uses
ca-certificate for peer certificate verification.
I wanted o know whether there is a dependency added in libcurl for
ca-certificates or the user need to install it manually?
