I am using linux platform
 
I am using currently using curl-7.18.2 version
 
I want to rename /chmod files in remote server using SFTP protocol
 
what is the command should i send via libcurl .
 
i tried rename (it didnt work)
 
is sftp commands supported or what is the way to achieve this
objective(renaming and changing mode of the files)
 
if libcurl supports which verison does it support?
 
below is the error output
 
I am trying to send rename <oldpath > <newpath>
 
* Sending quote commands
* Unknown SFTP command
* Connection #0 to host <hostname> left intact
* Quote command returned error
 the res value of in RenameRemoteFile is : 21
