I think we're just gonna leave the current compiler warning in the lib/nss.c
code as I can't think of a nice fix for it, and I think the problem is in the
NSS end of things not in libcurl itself.

I added lib/README.NSS to the tarball to document the situation:

If anyone has some clever fix for this, I'm all ears!
