Here are a few things I'm going to add to curl's TODO file (not that
the TODO file needs to be any longer). Is there anything discussed
lately that should also go in?

Support "--continue-at -" style resume on download failures when the
--retry option is given. See https://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=22565

Add metalink support to curl (http://www.metalinker.org/).

Display a warning when libcurl returns an error when setting an option.

Add telnet negotiation data to the debug callback as header data.

Fix telnet to send blocks of data instead of only one byte at a time.

Stop TFTP from being blocking in tftp_do.

Fix parsing of user names embedded in URLs without a password (test 279).
(this will go into KNOWN_BUGS)
