Is there a way to turn off debug messages (even if I linked with the
debug version of the library?)

I mean these kinds of messages:

< HTTP/1.1 200 OK
< Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate, max-age=-1
< Pragma: no-cache, no-store
< Expires: Wed, 31 Dec 1969 23:59:59 GMT
< Content-Type: text/plain
