Unplugging the cable is not an error situation. This is transparent to
the tcp/ip layer. It's really the whole idea about what was originally
Arpanet - there may be a physical break somewhere, but the connection
shall not be affected - possibly delayed, but that's all: Eventually
the physical break will be fixed or the data will be re-routed around
the physical problem.
