Those source codes are only used (and thus included in the binary output) when
libcurl is built to use Kerberos4. So your statement above is only true under
this condition, and this is in fact mentioned in the LICENSE-MIXING document
for this reason.
And your assumption is correct, as once the rewrite mentioned in those
comments have been done the licensing of the affected code will change too.
