No sorry I was wrong.
You never should call CURL_POLL_REMOVE when you plan to do more IN or OUT
calls on one fd I think. It would be better to reuse the context:
NONE->create a context, IN, OUT, INOUT, whatever .... , REMOVE ->destroy the
context.
that would really be better if you can provide it.
