Ok, so the official list of evil distros are now:
Fedora
Ubuntu
FreeBSD
And by evil I mean that they do this: they patch curl and fix things and don't
tell us they did it, don't send us the patch nor include us in the
discussion[*].
This bug report in Fedora is very short on details, and while I can perhaps
accept that the patch fixed their problem I'm a bit concerned that it just
addresses the particular sympthom they somehow managed to get but that it
isn't the cure for the actual problem. That problem is hard to tell a lot
about.
So, I'm a bit reluctant to just "blindly" apply this.
Anyone else with an opinion on this particular patch or on the larger issue
that is mention in this Fedora bug report?
