Is someone planning to give some use to LIBSSH2_ALLOC_FUNC()
LIBSSH2_REALLOC_FUNC() and LIBSSH2_FREE_FUNC() static functions in
lib/ssh.c ?
Up to date that they have never been used internally, so probably
nobody cares, but just in case...
Does someone have something to say against completely removing them ?
