sftp resume and libssh2

Hi,
I am planning to add resume support to sftp transfers using the libssh2_sftp_seek function. I think that the correct method is to mimic the handling of the data->state.resume_from etc.
If anyone has iworked on this or has any advice I'll be grateful. Otherwise I'll just get on with the code.
