Hi all,
here's latest version of mk-ca-bundle.pl:
http://svwe10.itex.at/mirror/curl/ca-bundle/
this version is also now in CVS.
Call the scipt with the -h switch to see what options are available.

This version does also copy the whole original licence text from
certdata.txt into the new created ca-bundle.crt file.

please test, and give feedback how it goes.
