Several others have also reported problems with (lib)curl+FTPS against
filezilla servers. (like here =>

I've not been able to identify any flaws in libcurl's code regarding this and
nobody has investigated this very good on the server side either...

Is there a public filezilla server around that you can repeat your problems
with?
