No, AFAIK.
But in any case, a name change can only be a good thing: disambiguating
is a benefit, whether the SF project closes or not... Nobody will name
its own company "Enron" for several years now :-)

The fact that the SF project is not closed is not a problem to me if the
curl web site is clear on this subject.
