This way of selecting DNS resolution for SOCKS5 is now inconsistent with the
SOCKS4A method from the libcurl side. To use remote DNS resolution on
SOCKS4, you must select a new SOCKS version number. To use remote DNS
resolution on SOCKS5, you must set the old SOCKS5 version number, but
must also set a new option CURLOPT_SOCKS5_RESOLVE_LOCAL. I see no reason
to have such a distinction.
