Right, this shows curl sending an Authorization header for negotiate for your
Administrator user.

If this doesn't work, there's either a bug in libcurl or something otherwise
fishy in the server end. I'm afraid I'm not of much use to debug this. I don't
have anything that allows me to test Negotiate.
