socklen_t definition in curl.h for Win32 API build targets

Hi all,
I've just committed a change to curl.h which should fix the issue
related with the definition of socklen_t on Win32 API build targets

It will be included in November 23, 2007 daily snapshot

It would be nice to get some feedback so we can get this finally fixed
before next release.
