Weird! It seems my libcurl builds for 7.17.0 and 7.17.1 didn't get any .dll
files in them...

I'd suggest you either get the lib from somewhere else or that you build it
yourself. I'll try to get around and see if I can fix my cross-compiles and
provide updated packages, but it won't happen immediately.
