Hey

The other day I noticed someone asking about what "guarantees" libcurl makes
in regard to binary interface between releases etc, and I couldn't think of
any decent document describing this. So I started writing one, and the current
work is found here:

I'm interested in feedback, thoughts, flames and anything else you think fit!
