hmmm, I've not seen this yet on any platform....;
just tested the above URL, and I dont see any progress bar with that either...?

hmm, what compiler? what platform? How can one recreate that?
I have not seen yet a progress bar on any platform I tested on (NetWare, Win32, Linux, Cygwin)....
