curl 7.16.4 works only with libssh2 from before 0.16. If you use libssh2 0.16
or later (and if you use SSH you really should!), you need to use a more
recent libcurl version => the CVS version.

The SSH protocols support is still pretty new in libcurl so things have not
quite stablized yet. Not in libssh2 either in fact!
