Thanks for helping out. I've resolved my problem.
All I've to do is to replace the "curl_easy_setopt (ctx,
CURLOPT_READFUNCTION, read_callback);"
with "curl_easy_setopt (ctx, CURLOPT_URL,
"http://172.30.2.164/xxx/yyy/?operation=...");"
