cURL autobuild fails permanently

Hi Rich,
the autobuilds for HP-UX B.11.23 which you're running do permanently fail for more than a week;
it seems that CVS access doesnt work; also I'd suggest that you do not run both 32 and 64 bit
autobuilds at same time; probably better you launch one of these 10 minutes later....
