tests: find sftp-server on (gentoo)-linux

running "make test" I saw that all scp/sftp-tests where skipped,
adjusting @sftppath to include /usr/lib/misc fixes this:
tomte_at_librics-tomte ~/scratch $ qfile /usr/lib/misc/sftp-server
net-misc/openssh (/usr/lib/misc/sftp-server)
simple patch attached,
