I'm about to put a new release together with a week or so. We have 25 bug
fixes and 6 changes mentioned in RELEASE-NOTES to warrant this.

If you have any last-minute things you want added/fixed before this, you're
hereby granted permission to speak up. In a few days it'll be too late for
this time.

The next release after 7.16.3 will most probably be 7.16.4 (the 100th curl
release!), and I expect a release date for that no earlier than the end of
August 2007.
