Hi,

Could you please let me know what error code CURL returns when

1. During an http download connectivity is lost and a partial file
is downloaded?
2. The Resume starts from the next byte that has been downloaded?

Under what circumstances do we see CURL_PARTIAL_FILE?

I just want to double check to ensure my code is written correctly.
