It looks like I might have some development time over the next couple
of weeks. I remember a ways back you mentioned something about the
"proper" way that I should use the non-blocking calls to get the
directory. I can't find the old email, but I think you said the main
part of the work should be done in Curl_sftp_recv, is that right?
