It would be very nice to have testsuite servers sockfilt.c sws.c
tftpd.c implement signal handling in a way that allows them to
TERMinate without leaving behind open sockets.

At some point that should be done to avoid testsuite servers failing
to start due to not completely/properly teared down previous runs of
testsuite servers.

If it should be done for this release or not is another matter, but I
vote for it.

BTW I'm working on refactoring inclusion of most common system header
files used in libcurl into a single header file.
