The latest off-the-shelf cURL lib I can get is 7.15.5. However my ISAPI
buiilt with this version lib somehow causes IIS fail to startup.

And for some reason I can't reach the machine in problem. No way to debug
it. :((
BTW, what is 'c-ares' you mentioned?
