Your libcurl is not compiled with the proper options to enable SSL.

The best documentation is the configure script. If you do what it would do
when enabling SSL, you should be OK. You could also look at some of the
other platforms that aren't using configure and see what they do with SSL.
Why is it you're not using configure? I would expect QNX to provide a good-
enough POSIX environment for it to run.
