Hey guys, I am using curl for windows mobile with openssl on top,
without any issues,
it works no problem through cradle, wifi, or gprs (watch out for the
firewall settings
of your gprs provider, though)

For the library to compile (and to work) you can get this library that
helps with
compiling windows application for windows ce (unless you want to write port
yourself)
the library is called "wcecompat"
