I am attempting to build libcurl from the rpm sources using the
http://curl.haxx.se/download/curl-7.16.1-1.src.rpm on a RedHat EL4
machine, but the build fails on test62

I see in the list archives that this situation has happened on
the autobuilds:

this log output shows exactly the same output as I see here, and
running the test script with -d and -v I get the following output
suggesting the test server had failed to return cookies:

Other than this failure, the build proceeds without incident, but this
failure prevents rpmbuild from creating the binary packages I need.

What could be missing from my build environment to cause this?
