Thanks for your answer :) I know now how do this, but it's not too
comfortable:
gcc -DCURL_STATICLIB -c -g -Icurl/include simple.c
gcc -o simple.exe simple.o -Lcurl/lib -lcurl -lws2_32 -lwinmm
