How to make 64BIT libcurl.a

Hi,

    I am using HP-UX mercury1 B.11.11.My compiling tool is cc and I want to make 64BIT libcurl.a.
    I tried execute ./configure CFLAGS=+DA2.0W , but I failed. The libcurl.a is still 32BIT.
Who can tell me how to do?
