That's not a "curl-library installation", that's an PHP/CURL binding
installation and this really isn't the best place to ask for help about
PHP-related matters.

Try the curl-and-php mailing list or a PHP-specific forum.

Note that the PHP/CURL binding is a product of the PHP project.
