Great! I just noticed that your test case run showed 'no stunnel' which means
you didn't run any HTTPS tests! ;-)

However, I did and it run fine!

I'm committing it now with two minor changes: the two callbacks are made
static (and thus aren't in the header file) and they use the swrite() and
sread() macros, which are designed for exactly this purpose.
