Hi Yang,

Something broke recently, so that the test case 190 now takes ages to complete
since the <killserver> tag doesn't seem to work anymore. The test case itself
makes the server sleep and verifies that curl times out swiftly enough. But
then the server is supposed to be killed by the test script (and restarted
later) so that we won't have to wait for the whole time it has been said to
wait.

I suspect one of your recent pid-treatement changes.
